These terms cover Kinarcana, a ChatGPT plugin and website made by The Open Apps, Inc. ("we"), and printed deck orders. Contact: support@theopenapps.com.

Entertainment and reflection only

Kinarcana is for entertainment, creativity and personal reflection. The cards, keywords and daily questions are not predictions or advice. Don't use them for decisions about health, money, legal matters, relationships or safety; talk to a qualified person instead.

Who can use Kinarcana

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these terms where you live. Ordering a printed deck requires being an adult or having a parent's or guardian's permission.

Your pictures

  • You keep the rights you have in the pictures you hand to Kinarcana. You give us permission to store, check, frame, show back to you and print them for your deck.
  • Only put people on cards who agreed to it. Don't use pictures you don't have the right to use.
  • Cards must be fully clothed, not suggestive, not hateful and not graphic. Every picture goes through an automated check, which refuses pictures it flags; we may also refuse to print a deck that breaks these rules.
  • The card compositions restage the 1909 designs by Pamela Colman Smith, which are in the public domain. Kinarcana is not affiliated with U.S. Games Systems or OpenAI.

Printed decks

  • Price, shipping and delivery estimate are shown before you pay on our checkout page. Prices include standard shipping within the United States; we ship to the United States only.
  • Decks are printed and shipped by The Game Crafter. Delivery dates are estimates, and the printer's queue gets longer before holidays.
  • Each deck is personalised, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If a deck arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
  • Your deck prints as it was when you continued to payment.

The service

We work to keep Kinarcana running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
